Worst estate agent viewing I have ever been to. On arrival, the agent just said he needed to make a phone call and wandered into the garden. We were left to look at the house ourselves and then spent some time at the end actually trying to find the agent. Not only did he not show us round, he also failed to answer any questions. For example, when I asked how old the property was he said maybe 78 but I wouldn't bet my kids life on it. Extremely unprofessional. Following this experience we spoke to the owner after an agent gave us the owner's permission and phone number. The next day were told we shouldn't have been given the number implying our error but in fact theirs. No apology, no nothing. I would reccomend any sellers not to use this agent if you actually want your house to be sold.

The initial contact with the Estate Agent was excellent, the arrangement for publicity photos and the number of viewings we had. However, after that we were a little disappointed on the feed-back we received on the viewings - a weekly update would have been welcome. Negotiations were good between the agent and our eventual buyer but once we had agreed the selling price with the buyers we only heard about progress of the sale if we rang your office - again a weekly update from Michael Graham would have been appreciated,even if there was nothing much to report. Your office staff, especially Jane who we spoke mostly spoke to were pleasant but again it was a shame we had to ring in to you.
