Just want to say we honestly can't fault the service we've received from Steve from the Risborough branch. From the second you guys came on board (and sold our house within 2 weeks!!) he's just absolutely blown us away with his professionalism, reliability and consistent communication and efforts. Hands down smashing the competition in the area in all aspects and we've done nothing but sing his praises to everyone as a result. It's been a nightmare of a journey to get to this point for a number of reasons, and without the fantastic service we've recieved from Steve, it would have been alot worse to deal with. Its been such a comfort knowing that we have such a good agent who has our backs and that we can depend on. They say 'don't trust an estate agent' (ironic because I'm marrying one..!) but we have honestly had full faith in him the whole way through and we're right to do so. Not that I'm ever going to move EVER AGAIN after this, (I've aged about 12 years through the stress of it all and if I wasn't pregnant I'd most definitely have a drinking problem by now) but if we did, you'd be the first place we'd come to. Not only that, they are a lovely bunch of people, straight-talking and very responsive, including out of hours and weekends. I called to enquire about a 3 bedrooms property to rent from this agency and the only requirement was no children and no pet. Despite meeting these requirements and answering some questions, I was then told the landlord only want one single person to rent all of the 3 bedrooms or a couple and for this I was denied a viewing. This was not mentioned on their website. This was just pure discrimination because it does not make sense for one person to rent a 3 bedrooms house.

Not only was my wife dissatisfied by your service but also insulted twice by your sales man . She made an email enquiry regarding a £500k house and was told unless we had sold ours the vendors would not accept a viewing ! My wife reply was we have sold ours ..there was no attempt to call us or enquiry from your side until a week later in which she explained and not for the first time as she spoke to a Stephanie via email with interest into a property in emerson Valley offering the asking price which she repeated on Wednesday 23rd Sept 2020 at 7.30pm at night ! She offered £450k and he told her she needed to wait until her viewing appointment on Sunday 27th sept 2020 . She was then called today on 26th sept and told that it was cancelled due to the original buyers being accepted on an offer after all !!. She was told no offers until Sunday and it would be put into a bidding war and to offer the most I can afford as it will sell for over the asking price as lots of interest ... how is that right .I Shall be reporting to the FCA as this is totally wrong .NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Having initially trialled an alternate agent who let us down, we contracted with Michael Graham Estates who did a professional job and kept their promises (without over-promising). Viewing were arranged and generally conducted well even in difficult circumstances. The team were quick to respond to queries.
