Just completed on a house sale and Philip Powell was excellent throughout. In the early stages, I had 3 valuations and Philip was the only one to follow up. Before signing any contracts, I received literature that explained the process. During the valuations, 2 agents valued it the same and suggested we should expect to accept less. Philip valued it the same but said he would get more. 1st weekend, 9 viewings and 3 offers made. The fees were higher but by getting more on the asking price, it generated a higher return.
