GoogleWhen looking to rent our flat, we spoke to a number of local estate agents but Michael Graham impressed us from the start, in particular Charlie who was very knowledgable, personable and very efficient turning around email very promptly. Kristie was brilliant at keeping us informed on the process. She would explain in plenty of detail the next steps & super helpful throughout. Overall, Michael Graham made our lives very easy and we would not hesitate to use them again!

GoogleThe team at Michael Graham were excellent. They navigated a tricky market and helped ensure our sale went through to completion, meeting with our buyers after the survey to help reassure them. The team was also great at communication, I could always get ahold of them and they kept us updated well. Overall, a great experience and I’d recommend them highly!

GoogleHaving been recommended Michael Graham by a neighbour, we are so pleased to have chosen them as our agent. From the initial meeting through to completion they were professional, courteous and always helpful with the house sale. It wasn't an easy process, with lots of hurdles, but they kept in touch all the way, going above and beyond to ensure the highest level of service. I honestly can't thank them enough for supporting us through it. Even at difficult times we felt reassured knowing they were in our corner.

GoogleMichael Graham were excellent to work with when recently buying our family home. Caroline in particular was super helpful, especially towards the end of the purchase when our sale looked like it might stall, they dealt with the outstanding issues and made sure the sale went through smoothly.

GoogleWe ended up spending nearly 2 years waiting for a property that we fell in love with in Wales. In that time, the agents from Michael Graham (Joanne and Pam) sold our property 3 times (as some of the buyers were not willing to wait that long). On each occasion, we only had to advertise our home for a week, it usually resulted in an average of 15 viewings which was booked in over a single weekend. On each of these occasions, we had about 9 offers to chose from. This massively reduced the strain on us in terms of day to day impact. Most of the offers were over asking price which was amazing! The professional photography, their advertising and the agents made a huge difference in the amount of interest that we were able to generate. Throughout this process, Joanne and Caroline were incredibly supportive. They genuinely put our interest first, never adding to the pressure that we were under (as selling your home is stressful, never mind waiting 2 years for a dream home and needing to sell your home 3 times)!! They unwaveringly persevered with us, which we will be forever grateful for. I could not recommend them more highly.

We felt we had real value for money, Gareth valued our home and supported us navigating our way through the process, popping in for a chat when we needed some advice. Our sale negotiator Catherine Johnson went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale. She kept us informed and worked extremely hard to keep the chain on track and in the desired timescale. Endlessly patient and supportive, we couldn’t have asked for more from her. Alongside Catherines help we also had excellent service from the agent responsible for our purchase. Scott Reynolds was always available, good humoured, responsive and helpful. GoogleWe met Rufus at a viewing in Newport Pagnell and although the house was not for us, he has been brilliant during our house hunting process. Rufus calls us regularly, asks for updates and sends us new houses that might be of interest to us. He is always there, when we have a question and responds very quickly to our emails. He shows great motivation in finding us a house, which is very rare especially in a such a fast moving market. GoogleWe were so well looked after with Michael Graham's in the sale of our property in 2021. Having moved from another estate agent who we felt was letting us down, the difference was incredible. Michael Graham Estate Agents managed everything so well from the valuation and expectation, the marketing of the property and viewings. Once the house was quickly sold they did a remarkable job to see the sale through despite many challenges with the chain.
