We have just purchased our next home through Michael Graham Estate Agents and have had a first class experience throughout. Our entire purchase has taken just 12 weeks, from offer to completion (moving in date). This is despite the fact we had summer August holidays in the middle and had to comission a Lv3 survey due to the type of property. A special mention must be given to Gareth Redman, the Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator who negotiated the sale and acted as our point of contact throughout. Gareth was both project manager and facilitaor, a co-pilot throughout the process proactively checking in with both sides to maintain momentum and resolve any issues. Having had such a stressful experiences with other estate agents we cannot now imagine ever using another company, and would recomend Michael Graham Estate Agents wholeheartedly.

We recently purchased a house through Micheal Graham, Alexandra Pop was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble. When we asked questions, she either knew and replied immediately or found out and then replied. I would like to thank everyone at Michael Graham especially Alexandra Mezo, Alexandra helped me with the sale and Graham and Alexandra helped me and my daughter search for a new home. Buying a property is undoubtedly a very tedious and stressful experience, particularly in the current climate. We were very fortunate to come across our ideal family home sold by Michael Graham and in particular the star of the entire process, Tamsin Scott. Tamsin was exceptional. They gave the buyer security by doing extensive due diligence on my initial offer but also fairly supported both myself and the buyer through some hardships later on in the process. Philip kept the process streamlined and concise in the early stages and Caroline was incredibly responsive, at points even correcting my own agents shortcomings in the sales control phase.
