GoogleJames from Michael Graham sold us our house in North Marston, and 12 years later sold it for us. Both experiences were excellent. We accepted an offer within a month of it going on the market. I would definitely recommend Michael Graham on the back of our experience.

GoogleI can’t thank Lee and the team at Michael Graham in Milton Keynes enough , the time and effort they put into keeping a complicated chain of moves in place was brilliant , without them I am not sure my house move would have made it to completion. I would definitely recommend them .

GoogleMichael Graham in general were great during our process. Lee in particular was easily reachable and accomodating our various visits to the property. As the sale progressed he was very helpful with keeping us informed and being the go between with solicitors.

The initial photos and sales brochure were of a very high standard. Richard and Lee both provided important advice to help us through the process and achieve the sale. GoogleWe recently engaged Michael Graham to sell our property having already agreed to buy a new house. They were very professional through all the stages in the process. The brochure / website was brilliant, particularly the photographs which made the property look aspirational. They quickly attracted the right kind of viewers and offers were made in excess of the guide price one of which we accepted. The team managed the buyer and kept in contact with the legal teams involved, which ensured that the sale was completed in a timely manner with no issues, which meant that we only had to bridge for a couple of weeks. We are now happily ensconced in our new property and would like to thank the great team at Michael Graham for a splendid job.

GoogleWe’d like to thank Alex, Lee, Graham and Jane for the excellent service they have provided us in the sale of our house. Every aspect of the sale including valuation, marketing, viewings and the sale itself has been carried out in an extremely professional manner. Their advice, guidance and communication during the process has been invaluable. A special mention must go to Alex in particular who facilitated the small number of viewings needed and managed to find us the perfect buyer. The sale itself was completed in a relatively short space of time and the team tracked and progressed the various stages efficiently ensuring that all parties were kept up-to-date and did what they needed to do when they needed to do it. GoogleFriends say that we were very lucky that our parents home sold straightaway (and I mean within hours) instead of languishing on the Rightmove pages. Personally, I don't think luck played a part. I think it was more down to using the expertise of the Michael Graham team. From the initial valuation to the fantastic pictures (that undoubtedly drew in an audience) and the regular updates throughout the process, we could not of asked for more. I would recommend Michael Graham every time. A huge thank you to you all of you for helping us through what we mistakenly thought would be a difficult time.
