GoogleI choose Michael Graham estate agent in Buckingham after meeting with two other agents, in order to promote and sell my property ,a four bedroom 12 years old detached House house, in good condition. Three promotional avenues were employed, a professionally photographed and produced colour gloss brochure for mailing to prospective buyers across the Michael Graham network. The four page brochures included photographs of the exterior Gardens and the interior rooms with essential measurement details and descriptions of the principal rooms, including a price guide and Michael Graham contact details An online version of the brochure on both the Michael Graham website and right move It was also shown on the Michael Graham shop front window in Buckingham, Throughout the sales process the manager Luke, and the two senior sales consultants James and Gareth have secured serious potential buyers, and accompanied them when viewing the property. Any questions that they were unable to answer, they contacted me, displaying honesty and integrity. They worked as a team, standing in for one another, so there was always someone to speak to. I was kept fully informed of the sales process without prompting. They were a good team to work with, and I have no hesitation in recommending Michael Graham to market your property They behaved in a professional and friendly manner at the beginning ,through the process ,and at the successful completion of the sale. GoogleI moved my Dad into rented accommodation recently and Michael Graham were amazing. Abi managed all my questions so quickly and never got fed up of our requests. Kelsey sorted the contract out so quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use MG !!

GoogleHighly recommend Michael Graham. Jo and Richard kept me calm during a very emotional sale and dealt with everything efficiently and professionally. Things often go wrong during house moves, and problems arise, but Jo and Richard both helped me navigate it. They can’t remove the stress but they can certainly help!

GoogleVery helpful from initial valuation to final sale. Advice given whenever asked for, and always replied to questions. Looked after all the house viewings, and followed up after each viewing. Once an offer was accepted Michael Graham then chased this through, with other Agents in the chain, solicitors and my buyer. They also helped with finding a solicitor and remover. Many thanks. Stuart
