GoogleI got valuations from four estate agents and immediately I was impressed at how professional Michael Graham in Princes Risborough was. Nothing was too much trouble. Negotiation was straightforward and the team was cohesive and all its members were aware of all the issues. They are a great team. Paul Copping started the ball rolling and Steve Tillyer managed a complex sale arrangement very well indeed. Nicola was a brilliant negotiator and pulled out every stop to get things moving. Cassie at reception kept things going well while colleagues were occupied.
Potential buyers must have been impressed. When one lives 150 miles away it was so reassuring to have such a professional team managing the sale active and keeping me up to date as the sale progressed. And they offered so much useful advice. And the coffee was great too.
