GoogleWe have recently bought a house through Michael Graham, whilst we were tenants in a house also being sold by Michael Graham. The team - Isobel, Chris and Graham - have been helpful, responsive and professional throughout the process. They have kept us well informed, and have nudged process along where needed. We are really excited with our new house, and thank the Michael Graham team for their support in our move.

GoogleI have not really enjoyed house hunting but i must mention and thank Steve Tillyer from Michael Graham for being patient, understanding and such a nice person to make this process as pleasurable and easy as possible. It's such a shame that i did not buy through him. A real decent Gentleman. Best of luck with everything Steve.

GoogleThis isn’t the first time that I’ve employed the power of Michael Graham estate agents, a hope to sell my home. And there’s good reason for that, or maybe a few. I mean, we’ve just exchanged again and they’re cool Like cucumbers. First, and the most important, comes confidence; I can’t help but feel that whatever the market situation, despite current interest rate and house price fluctuations, there is no other team who could possibly work harder or smarter when selling. Headed by Phil this team is efficient, they’re on the ball, each has a gift that they seem to employ just when it’s needed, they’re all creative and good for a laugh. I suppose you’d have to be. Selling a home is tough enough right? Second, and really important, I don’t remember waiting for someone to call me back, or take long when finding information, or to offer alternative solutions to problems that undoubtedly arrive. They seem to be Uber efficient, a they even go out of their way sometimes, and I love that. Third, and final, but certainly not least comes trust; I’ve had my moments, I think we all do when the chips are down. I’ve twice wondered if they’re on the ball, forgetting something that in tern may have caused the current issue, after all, they’re human like me, each time, however, I’ve been proven wrong, and long May that last. Essentially then, I trust them implicitly. That’s it then, we’re off to Cornwall, and to the perfect home, old one sold, this one purchased with perfect timing, and without Micheal Graham, Hitchin we would probably have missed it. GoogleUndoubtedly the most professional estate agent we have used and we have used a few! Caroline worked tirelessly to hold a very complex chain together. She succeeded where we are sure many others would have failed. From the first visit to value our property to completion they showed nothing but true professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. This estate agents stands out from the rest in every aspect. They maintained regular contact with us. They always arrived ahead of time and all viewings were executed perfectly by Kali. She took the time to find out all she could about the property in order to share this with potential buyers. All members of staff are very personable and theyreally couldn’t do enough for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A five star service from start to finish. Thank you!

They quickly responded to any questions and were very good at keeping us up to date with the sale of our property. The team were great showing people around our property and they also have a useful online portal where you can view your sale progress. The marketing was great and they really understood how to reach out to the right potential buyers. No hesitation in highly recommending them and we would use them again.
