GoogleGreat service from the lettings team in Stockton Heath, house was listed and rented in nearly a month through the busy Christmas period. After being messed around by one of the bigger Warrington agents, Adams showed their experience and competence, wouldn't use anyone else going forward. Thanks again.

GoogleThe entire team at Adams are friendly, personable, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They have a good knowledge of the area and the houses that they sell. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and were proactive in moving the sale along with the two solicitors and vendors. People to mention are Val and Jenny who have both been absolutely brilliant at all times.

GoogleVal from Adams went well above and beyond what was required on our house purchase. Without the help of the staff at Adams we would not have completed within the time frame required.

GoogleBeing a landlord living abroad, I had to choose an agent with whom I could trust and feel confident to find me new tenants and keep me updated with the letting process. I found Adams to provide a first class service for landlords.

GoogleMy previous experiences with estate agents were not good, I'm happy to name names if needed? Dealing with Val Steve and Tara was a great experience and I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish unlike other agents in the area If we move again we'll be using Adams Stocktonheath

GoogleNeil Barratt and his team are excellent estate agents not only did Neil sell my house he helped find my new property which is perfect for me. My first buyer pulled out of the sale at 3 months in, I was very stressed but Neil explained everything kept me well informed throughout. He put the house back on the market straight away, it sold again in no time. He really did go above and beyond. I am so grateful for his help and expertise.

GoogleAdams provided a 5* star service throughout our house sale. From the initial visit by Neil coming to do the valuation right through to completion, they went above and beyond to ensure that the sale ran smoothly and dealt with any issues that arose promptly. The whole team are professional, friendly and their experience and expertise are second to none. We have also since purchased through Adams and could not fault them again. Thank you for making our sale and purchase as stress free as possible. Would highly recommend!
