I first dealt with Danielle at Adams, who was so lovely and friendly from the beginning! She explained everything thoroughly and kept me up to date throughout. I also had contact with Tara and Jenny at the office who were equally as fantastic! Their communication was excellent, they always got back to me promptly and went above and beyond to support me not only with selling my property, but across the chain. The service, attention to detail and professionalism of Adams was excellent. They only sent prospective buyers with genuine interest and from our house going on the market to us actually moving took only three months. Their negotiating skills were excellent and as a team they really took away a lot of the stress of moving by forward thinking and dealing with other professional services involved in the move. All of the staff had knowledge of our sale and were all very approachable. We would highly recommend this team to anyone thinking of moving house. Thank you Adams.

My whole experience with Adams has been nothing short of excellent. I’ve mostly liaised with Angela Kenwright - who is super professional, responds quickly and is always there to answer any questions. I have also spoke to a lovely lady called Val a few times too, who, again, is professional and efficient. Estates agents, in my previous experience, have been hit and miss. You never know if they’re being honest and getting a call back can be a task but the team at Adams have restored my faith completely. They are honest & upfront and stay true to their reputation. I’ve just purchased a house via them and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Adams to people I know in the future (and I already have). Personally, I wouldn’t go anywhere else to sell my property either. When I submitted my offer, everything was so smooth and straight forward. They even helped me by recommending a local Solictor firm to use (which have been great too). I can’t thank the team at Adams enough, especially Angie. She’s such a lovely lady and clearly loves her job and knows her stuff.

If you are going to sell your house, do not go anywhere else but Adams. They say moving house is stressful! Not with Adams! They took the stress out of the whole process. Adams sold our house in 5 days at the full asking price. They were professional wanting to know everything I knew about the house so they could relay that to prospective buyers. Angie was always at the end of the phone who was miracle worker in her own right. Angie took care of the whole process from beginning to end. Whats more Adams did all this in a 'pandemic'! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Nothing is too much trouble for Adams, they go above and beyond! I miss them already.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Fantastic professional service . After the first sale fell through ( no fault of Adams ) Angie contacted me to suggest an alternative buyer who was interested in the property in the first instance but missed it as it was under offer. Once this sale fell through Angie was onto the original intetested party without delay and within 24 hours the property was once again under offer . This time the sale progressed smoothly,each member of the chain was kept well informed and any lose ends were tied up neatly by Angie and the team at Adams . I liked the fact that she knew what next and second guessed to speed the process up with solicitors etc,this is a great sign of experience. With so much competition in the estate agency market it’s important to work with a professional partner to take as much of the stress and strain of house selling or buying as possible I would without doubt recommend Adams ,and will use again should I ever require their services .very good indeed.

Angie and Tara came to view to see what they were selling after Damian the MD had introduced himself, followed by Steve the manager who took the very impressive pictures that made us wonder if we should keep the house. Angela was very helpful from the office nothing was to much trouble. Our house was sold after 3 viewings and we have been supported in our sale and are being advised with the purchase of our new home. Adams helped us through a very tricky sale that unfortunately fell through a few years ago and were again on hand when we put the house on the market again this year. They are realistic with their pricing and your position in the market, not setting unrealistic expectations. They are helpful and accommodating with viewings, providing necessary feedback and, once you have a buyer, they are with you all the way through to completion. They keep you informed every step of the way and go above and beyond to iron out the inevitable bumps in the road on the way. Would 100% recommend them time and again.

We started our Sale with another Local Agency and after eleven weeks had not received one call from them. We moved to Adams and it was a whole NEW WORLD, the brochure was excellent and the photos were amazing and within a matter of weeks we had a Buyer. However not having sold a property for 29 years we quickly realised that finding a Buyer is GREAT but taking a transaction to a conclusion is really where you need a not only good, but EXCELLENT Sales Negotiator acting for you. Our buyers Conveyancing firm lacked knowledge and in fairness ours was poor to respond and so many times it was "Touch & Go", but time after time, the Team at Adams dealt with issues that we felt, were 'above and beyond' what we had engaged them for. Would we recommend Adams; too true we would, with no hesitation at all.

My issue is i've been waiting for my drains to be fixed for 26 MONTHS. My house STINKS of sewage. The plumber who gave a quote thought it was a dead rat. My bathroom smells so foul that I have had to sign my family up at the County Club just to take a shower. I've got my own gym I didn't need to pay almost £2k joining fee and £155 EACH per month to have a shower. We have to have the windows open day and night. Why why why can't you get a me plumber, why? The landlord has bcc me in 2 emails asking Adams to get the plumber out. Can you imagine living in a house that wreaks of raw sewage? I invite you to come and experience it.
