GoogleJust used Adam’s to arrange moving into a rental. Absolutely fantastic service from Beverley and Lorraine. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was approached with a cheery and professional attitude. Couldn’t recommend more highly !!!!

Google2 weeks before completing when a provisional date had been set we found out about additional costs for our freehold property. £450 to the management company to update their records that we are the new buyer, £150 security deposit and £150 yearly service charge. When questioned about this Adams agents said they had no knowledge of this. If this is true I still think it’s extremely poor of your agents to not know about the house they are selling. I think it’s disgraceful that this comes out at such a late date.

GoogleTo be honest I was disgusted with them. Twice I asked the agent if there was anything that I should know about the house that they had for sale before travelling 5 hours by car and spending two nights in a hotel to go and view this house And was told nothing. The house needed tens of thousands of pounds of work on it, It was awful and The garden alone would have cost in excess of 15,000 pounds It was a completely wasted trip which cost me in excess of 300 pounds. I hope that the right person reads this and could reimburse me for my wasted trip

It is where I found the house that I bought, and the team were helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They were always quick to respond and they supported my solicitor by providing the paperwork from the previous owners on time, which made everything much easier and less stressful. They also kept me informed about any items that the sellers planned to remove from the house, so I knew exactly what to expect before completion. GoogleWe were really impressed with Adams when selling our property, in particularly with their communication. They were brilliant at keeping in touch and communicating with us. If they hadn't needed to speak to us for a couple of weeks we'd get a phone call just to give a quick update. They were also active in keeping in touch with our buyer and both sets of solicitors. It made the sale process much easier for us. Two years later and we instructed Adams once again to sell our property. We didn't regret it. They were still just as effective and impressive.
