GoogleI recently moved from Newcastle to the area of Liverpool / Runcorn through a Job Promotion at work.

Knowing I'd only have limited time in the area and on visits before the official transfer. Bethany took me around numerous properties and was more than happy to help and to go above and beyond with anything and every question I needed answered.
.
This was more so great as I work in unsociable hours in hospitality and leisure and so questions were still answered when out of hours office Via email.
.
The hand over of keys was nice and swift and everything mostly done online making it easier for myself, throughout the whole process.

Will definitely look to use again in the future.

GoogleI have rented two properties through Michael Adams, living in the second for four years.
My experience of staff has always been positive, in particular my current contact, Jayne, who is very efficient when dealing with any issues that arise. Jayne is friendly, knowledgeable and professional in her approach and communicates updates promptly, clearly and reassuringly.

GoogleUtterly Useless. I think you would need to try to be this incompetent. So to start off, we have a huge damp patch on the rear wall of the house we found out this was coming from outside (On the landlords request they asked for someone to come out and check it out to make sure it wont be affecting our health, it took me 6 times over a span of about 4 months of asking before i moved out and the issue still hadn't been looked at. Upon moving out i was first told i couldn't get my deposit back because of rent arrears ( This turned out to be because who ever was dealing with my move-out hadn't told anyone so i was technically still living there according to them, even tho id moved out by then) And now a whole 2 MONTHS after moving out of the property i've just had a call asking if i would like to renew my tenancy at the old house!! .. I simply don't understand how a place can run so badly. i would never use Adams again nor advise anyone to use them.
They simple got a 2 star because the Staff are very friendly but utterly useless it seems.

In this instance, the outstanding works you refer to were being organised directly by the landlord, so unfortunately we were unable to expedite the matter for you. Your full bond was returned within 9 days of the tenancy end date. I do appreciate how frustrating this outstanding repair must have been for you but we take customer services very seriously here at Adams. GoogleWe started our Sale with another Local Agency and after eleven weeks had not received one call from them. We moved to Adams and it was a whole NEW WORLD, the brochure was excellent and the photos were amazing and within a matter of weeks we had a Buyer.
However not having sold a property for 29 years we quickly realised that finding a Buyer is GREAT but taking a transaction to a conclusion is really where you need a not only good, but EXCELLENT Sales Negotiator acting for you.
Our buyers Conveyancing firm lacked knowledge and in fairness ours was poor to respond and so many times it was "Touch & Go", but time after time, the Team at Adams dealt with issues that we felt, were 'above and beyond' what we had engaged them for.
Would we recommend Adams; too true we would, with no hesitation at all.

GoogleIf I could give it 0 stars I would do it, awful customer service. I phoned them twice and twice they told me "I'll call you back" but they didn't do it never. At the end I could arrange a visit within a week to rent an apartment, I phoned two hours before the visit to confirm it, and they said me that the apartment had already been rented! If I wouldn't have phoned them I could had been waiting and the agent wouldn't had come! I don't recommend this site at all.
