GoogleI do not have my house up for sale with Michael C Adams, but I have been very impressed how up to date they have kept me about properties coming on the market, that may well suit us, and the quick response to any emails sent, especially Clare. Nothing seems to much trouble.

GoogleThey have a very nice property I like however the flat will be vacant on March 10 and it doesn't work for me. I need to move in by the end of the month. Overall good. They have very pretty houses and flats.
Hi Ivan, there seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding here. I believe you called to enquire about the availability of fully-furnished properties. Unfortunately, we do not have any at this moment in time. The property you discussed that is available in March is only part-furnished. If you would like to call the office again we would be more than happy to discuss this further.

GoogleFantastic estate agents with very friendly staff. Beth and the lettings team were able to go from viewing the apartment to moving in within two weeks. The apartment itself was recently decorated and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleNever had such a bad experience even Dick Turpin wore a mask when robbing people they just do it blatantly, rude,callous individuals,no people skills minus 5 stars if possible
Out of respect I wont go into detail why your daughter was asked to leave the rental property. However, a dilapidation report was compiled post tenancy and your daughter did have the opportunity to appeal but chose not to. Customer satisfaction is given the highest priority within our organisation so if you feel that a member of staff has been anything but courteous I would welcome a conversation with you.

GoogleI have used Michael Adams on numerous occasions for selling houses and for renting properties. On each occasion they have been both professional and friendly in the way they have conducted business with me. Neil Barret especially has an incredible amount of knowledge of the local market and uses his experience to ensure that all business is conducted quickly and efficiently. I have recommended them on numerous occasions to both family and friends. You only do that if you know you can depend on them.

GoogleUtterly Useless. I think you would need to try to be this incompetent. So to start off, we have a huge damp patch on the rear wall of the house we found out this was coming from outside (On the landlords request they asked for someone to come out and check it out to make sure it wont be affecting our health, it took me 6 times over a span of about 4 months of asking before i moved out and the issue still hadn't been looked at. Upon moving out i was first told i couldn't get my deposit back because of rent arrears ( This turned out to be because who ever was dealing with my move-out hadn't told anyone so i was technically still living there according to them, even tho id moved out by then) And now a whole 2 MONTHS after moving out of the property i've just had a call asking if i would like to renew my tenancy at the old house!! .. I simply don't understand how a place can run so badly. i would never use Adams again nor advise anyone to use them. They simple got a 2 star because the Staff are very friendly but utterly useless it seems.
Mr Peers, thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback via google. I am sorry you feel you have had a unsatisfactory experience with our lettings team. In this instance, the outstanding works you refer to were being organised directly by the landlord, so unfortunately we were unable to expedite the matter for you. Your full bond was returned within 9 days of the tenancy end date. I do appreciate how frustrating this outstanding repair must have been for you but we take customer services very seriously here at Adams. Our teams members are highly experienced, skilled and take great pride in the many customer services awards they have won.
