Very proactive at chasing the sale/purchase of our house. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area!

Sorry to hear you are less than happy Barry. The rental market is very difficult at the moment, particularly from a tenants point of view. Best advice is to complete the pre-tenancy information when requesting a viewing. This will ensure you are prioritised for viewings. Good luck in your property search.

Hi Catherine, sorry to receive your negative review. I have checked with our lettings team and I understand you were scheduled to view a property 'To Let' through ourselves but it was 'Let Agreed' before you got chance to see it. Unfortunately, the lettings market is extremely busy at present so properties are in high demand. Whilst we would have liked to have more prospective tenants view the property we are at liberty to follow our landlords instructions. We wish you all the best luck in finding a suitable property.
