I have read previous reviews where he has provided a high level of customer service, and I can confirm they are all true. There were a few delays which were out of movenowproperties control, but Jack constantly requested updates from solicitors, made frequent calls to me just to check in and always kept me informed of everything during the process. Jack is a credit to the company and a very nice guy. Thank you.

GoogleI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of a viewing appointment for the one-bedroom property on Coppice Way, HP20 1XG. The experience I had with your agency was extremely disappointing and highly unprofessional. Initially, a viewing appointment was arranged, only for it to be cancelled by your office. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the property was back on the market and was asked whether I would still like to attend a viewing. Despite the previous cancellation, I agreed and rearranged my schedule accordingly. I was then informed that the viewing time had been changed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Before travelling, I specifically advised your staff that I would need to cancel another appointment in order to attend this viewing. I was nevertheless encouraged to proceed and assured that the viewing would take place. Upon arrival, slightly ahead of the scheduled time, I was informed that another applicant was viewing the property before us and that we should wait. Although that applicant was running late, we remained in our car as instructed, expecting to be called when it was our turn. Instead, after waiting, we received a call informing us that the property had been let to the previous applicant and that there was no point in us viewing it anymore. I find this treatment extremely disrespectful and discourteous. Not only was our time wasted, but we had also rearranged our commitments and travelled specifically for this appointment based on the information and assurances provided by your agency. What is particularly disappointing is that at no stage did anyone consider informing us sooner that an offer was being progressed or that the property might be taken before our viewing. Allowing prospective tenants to travel, wait outside the property, and then cancelling the viewing because the property has already been let demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism and consideration for your clients. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have had with a letting agency.

GoogleI'm not one to write reviews, but felt obliged to in this case. PJC have been dishonest about the condition of properties, even after damning survey results set out specific issues. I shared my £500 survey in full with the estate agent (which showed 'movement and poor workmanship throughout') on the basis they would use it to reflect the advert and be transparent about the property's condition in order to avoid people like myself wasting money, but they failed to honour that agreement. The branch manager, (Annaline) also claimed that drainage under a property not being water tight wasn't a problem (despite a survey revealing signs of movement as a result of that). I don't expect them to be experts but that basic lack of knowledge is concerning. A survey on a different property I expressed an interest in revealed it required a new roof, and when a buyer pulled out, they made no mention of that on the advert - they simply added the line, 'sold as seen' (anyone would think they were selling a table with a wonky leg on Facebook Marketplace). They also seem to have been listing properties they've already sold, possibly to gain more clients (the minute one is uploaded, I'm told via phone that it's already been sold, so it's something beyond 'high demand'). Despite some staff being a credit to the company, the overall approach made it a very disappointing experience. Transparency is key and can save everyone time and money.

The process of renting one of their managed properties has been as stressless as it can get, with the whole team being very welcoming. Lauren has been fantastic, over seeing our move, from getting started to getting the keys. GoogleWe were happy with the service we received. Rochelle and Gemma were absolutely brilliant at chasing the other parties in the chain and keeping the process going. Briony and the rest of the team were also very good at keeping us up-to-date with interest in our property and booking viewings. The initial valuation was 12% higher than the price we eventually sold for so probably prolonged the process, but this was in line with what other EAs in the area recommended

This is now the second property I have dealt with Andy, and my first time dealing with Kristina from the Sales Progression Team, and once again the service was absolutely outstanding. Throughout the process there were several issues and delays, which were due to my own personal circumstances, but I honestly cannot thank Andy and Kristina enough for the patience, understanding and support they showed throughout. Rather than making things stressful, they took the time to help me navigate every step of the process and were always there to guide and reassure me. The communication from both of them was exceptional. I was regularly kept updated, they were always emailing, checking in, and ensuring I knew exactly what was happening. I genuinely felt like they cared and wanted the best outcome for me and my family, rather than just treating it as another sale. Buying a house can be a stressful journey, but Andy and Kristina made a huge difference. Their professionalism, dedication, patience and support are the reason we managed to get this over the line.
