Mark Vosper and Andrew Kerr from the selling and buying process to Kristina who looks after the interim between the seller, buyer and solicitors. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleTerrible experience with this company and I wouldn’t recommend. Spoke with an agent, Gill, who from the very beginning had an awful attitude and her responses were very unprofessional and disrespectful. Prospective customers should be treated with a level of respect and decency which is lacking at this company. You’d think they would have a basic understanding of the properties they’re selling but instead she responded to my questions as “how am I supposed to know”. Looking through the rest of the google reviews, it seems that customer service at this place isn’t the best.

We are sorry you were unhappy with our service but Gill works in Rentals and you mentioned a house to sell so which side were you dealing with and what was the nature of your issue? The vast majority of our reviews mention great customer which we pride ourselves on so we are very concerned your experience was so poor. We have since looked into this and it is a rental house and Gill did offer to find out about the queries you had after we had spoken to the landlord. You wanted the landlord's number but unfortunately we cannot disclose this information due to data protection laws. We are sorry you were so unhappy but we do not feel we could do anymore here.

GoogleWe had a positive experience selling our home with Michael Anthony. They were excellent at providing quick feedback after viewings, even on Sundays. We found them to be responsive throughout the process and very approachable. Compared to other agents, we found them to be extremely efficient but not pushy , which was a big positive for us. Andrew kept me in the loop throughout what was a very long process and maintained constant communication. When issues arose with solicitors he helped me to resolve them and drove the sale forward. Googleevery property I enquire with don't want to help me get a property do not want to help me never want to give me after you and or NothingI will report this to the council and hopefully the council can do their investigation7 years I've been looking for a house. This is absolutely wrong. Very unfair on me. But it's always me that never gets nothing.in the future, if you do not want to take me on then just say and I'll look somewhere else.definitely doesn't like me because I'm autistic. Always making excuses.very disappointed.

GoogleIt's my third year with RMA now and so far the experience has been amazing! Even though I've had my shares of miscommunication in the past, my new property manager-Emily has been excellent. Recently we had an issue with our washing machine which was dealt promptly and in an efficient and professional manner. Emily has surely raised the bar high. GoogleApplied to view a house, and got shortlisted for a viewing. Drove all the way out there and the estate agent no showed. They called me the minute I pulled up with excuses about having a problem with the key, and that we would have to reschedule - after I had already arrived to view the property. Totally unprofessional. I'm sick of having to rely on estate agents to get a roof over my head. They don't even have the courtesy to show up to a scheduled property viewing.

Unfortunately, we were unable to access the property due to an unforeseen issue with the locks, which had been changed without our knowledge. As soon as this became apparent, our team immediately contacted the office so that all scheduled viewers could be notified, and arrangements could be made to prevent any further wasted journeys. Although some viewers were already en route, our representative remained at the property to personally apologise to anyone who arrived and to provide assistance where possible. We fully appreciate that this situation was disappointing, particularly after making the effort to attend a scheduled appointment. GoogleRedbrik have been brilliant selling my property, would definitely recommend. From dealing with Nikki to start with, Kathryn during the marketing period and Andrew with the sales progression, all been great and extremely helpful and responsive. We decided to go with Redbrik as they seemed the most helpful and proactive when going to view properties to buy and this was definitely the case when we started to sell my house. They clearly have a very good working relationship with Taylor Emmet solicitors, which between them made the selling process as easy as possible from a customer point of view.
