Initially we put our house on the market with another estate agent and although they got us some offers resulting in 2 sales, the after sales care was awful resulting in both sales falling through. There was no communication which lead to the sales dragging on and not going through. We decided to change agents after this bad experience and I can’t fault RMJ. The property was marketed well and a sale was achieved fairly quickly. During this time all the staff including Skye and Harry were very helpful. Once the sale was agreed Kendell chased it regularly and communicated updates. Dallas was also always on hand if Kendell was unavailable and again he was always extremely helpful. There were some issues with parts of the sale but they were always dealt with quickly and everyone knew what was happening. The whole experience was completely different to the first agent we used. Selling a house isn’t always easy but it was definitely made easier dealing with nice people that were professional, friendly and communicative. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again.

Excellent Service by Robinson Michael Jackson. Kendell was very helpful and great at communicating with us. She made the process easier, she provided reassurance and kept on top of solicitors and as this is our first home it was so helpful. Harry showed us around our new home first and he was also helpful and answered our questions. Dallas was always on hand to answer phone calls and also kept on top of solicitors. He was very quick at sending and answering our emails. Overall Kendell, Dallas and Harry all made the process positive and we would highly recommend them (especially if you are buying your first home). We recently used RM&J for our house sale and Dallas, Kendell and the team were fantastic. We had a very long process with a lot of hurdles, through no fault of theirs, but they were so pro active in making sure the process was moving along and chasing for updates all the way up and down the chain when no one else seemed to be. We couldn’t have got through it without them and honestly we couldn’t recommend them more. We never felt out of the loop and often heard updates from the team before anyone else in the chain seemed to know what was going on. Having just exchanged on our first property my wife and I were very impressed with Paramount from a buyers perspective. We had a previous purchase fall through last year and the difference between the estate agents in that case and Paramount was night and day. We initially dealt with Reuben when booking a viewing of the property, he was very quick to get us in and we were not rushed at all while viewing. We clearly loved it and made an offer the same day. Paramount then put the pedal to the metal and before we knew it our offer was accepted. We then dealt with Jamie, who was very switched on throughout the process and very proactive. They assigned us Helen who was available via WhatsApp on a daily basis. The whole team from paramount was very communicative and transparent. They worked hard to get us and the seller over the line and we had a good experience as first time buyers. The buying process in England is not straightforward, but it was made much more seamless with the work put in by the EA in our case. When we are looking to sell and buy again they will definitely be my first call.

This is from the perspective of a tenant who lived for 2 years in a flat in a converted period house, professionally managed by Paramount. I was in another city and I hadn’t been able to view the flat before moving in. The flat was however very true to what was advertised, I was glad to have made my decision based on the video and description they put on the ad. The contract was a transparent and well-balanced one according to my experience, good enough to protect the landlord’s property but not overly landlord leaning, which is fair to me as a tenant. Paramount has a reliable network of contractors/cleaners/engineers to deal with the ongoing maintenance of the property. There was an occasion when leaking happen from my flat and I was out of town, having left with Paramount no spare key as I changed the lock previously. They somehow worked out a solution without my presence which protected the benefit of both the landlord and tenant in an efficient manner. Paramount offers an emergency hotline which is responsive and helpful. There was a time I locked myself out and another time the smoke alarm inside the flat was mistakenly triggered, both situations were immediately answered. They are flexible to accommodate adjustments which made my life a lot easier when sorting the moves, date for monthly payment, changes made to move-out date and the associated adjustment on rent, etc., all effectively communicated (although you might expect to take a closer look in certain calculation at times). They also care to collect feedback from the tenant for personal view about the property and improvement advice when moving out. I’ve also got my deposit refunded within a reasonable timeframe. From viewing to contract signing, from daily experience to moving out, I would say everyone at Paramount are responsive and respectful. A few caring and humane company I could have come across in this city. I have recommended Paramount to my colleague who might need someone to take care of his vacant family home.

Paramount is an amazing company. All staff are friendly and helpful. Niall organised amazing photographs of my flat and it was under offer in 24 hours!! The journey to completion was a huge hurdle but Suzanne the sort of Admin person came to the rescue. She was always there for me, replying immediately to emails and calling me often with updates.
