Moving our family from Ukraine during such a difficult time has been a real challenge, but Kate made the whole process so much easier. She kept us updated at every stage, answered all our questions promptly, and went above and beyond to help us. I’d also like to thank Sam, who kindly gave us the opportunity to view the house even though we arrived earlier than planned. He was very friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. His warm and positive attitude was greatly appreciated. He was polite, knowledgeable of the local market, responsive and generally very helpful through the whole process, which lets face it can be a nightmare. I can't recommend these guys highly enough if you are looking to sell your property.

GoogleSpoke to someone on the phone to try and book in a viewing on a property - the guy wouldn't even let me go and view the property because I wasn't sure on my move out dates. I asked if I could just see it before I firmed anything up and he said no - which I think is just him being lazy. Really rude and just poor service.

Unfortunately, there was a two-month difference between the property's available move-in date and the move date you were able to provide. As the landlord required a tenant who could move within the property's availability, we were unable to arrange a viewing knowing the dates were not compatible. We understand this may have been frustrating, however, this decision was based solely on the significant difference in move-in dates and not a reluctance to assist. We also offered to register your details and help you find alternative properties that would better match your expected moving timeframe. GoogleLiz showed us around a Meols property. She is a gem, she has a lovely,professional and emotionally warm manner and clearly loves her job. She was professional and knowledgeable and took time to help us see what the property had to offer. She even took a video of said property so we could view it again. Karl Tatler' manager Chris is also a gem and spent a great deal of time visiting our house and went through the process of buying and selling in an easygoing way that helped alleviate some of our fears. GoogleWe had a really great experience with Henry and everyone at Michael Anthony Estate Agents - Milton Keynes. From the start, the whole team were friendly, really accommodating, and always happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely made the whole process a lot less stressful than we expected. Henry kept us updated the whole way through and was always on hand whenever we had questions. He really went above and beyond to keep everything on track and was always happy to help, no matter how big or small the issue. The biggest surprise was how quick everything moved, we went from start to finish in just around 8 weeks! That’s a seriously impressive turnaround and a real credit to Henry and the team for keeping everything on point. We’d definitely recommend Michael Anthony Estate Agents- Milton Keynes to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks again to Henry and the whole team for making it such a smooth and positive experience.
