They were always in touch whenever there was any news or information, which made the whole process much less stressful. A special thank you to Marcel, who was amazing throughout. Initially we put our house on the market with another estate agent and although they got us some offers resulting in 2 sales, the after sales care was awful resulting in both sales falling through. There was no communication which lead to the sales dragging on and not going through. We decided to change agents after this bad experience and I can’t fault RMJ. The property was marketed well and a sale was achieved fairly quickly. During this time all the staff including Skye and Harry were very helpful. Once the sale was agreed Kendell chased it regularly and communicated updates. Dallas was also always on hand if Kendell was unavailable and again he was always extremely helpful. There were some issues with parts of the sale but they were always dealt with quickly and everyone knew what was happening. The whole experience was completely different to the first agent we used. Selling a house isn’t always easy but it was definitely made easier dealing with nice people that were professional, friendly and communicative. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again.

I want to share my honest feedback and a very positive experience while renting with Michael Anthony Estate Agents in Milton Keynes. First of all, a huge shoutout to Katie Jones, she was very professional, helpful and supportive throughout, especially with communication and tenancy closure. I believe they are a very good business and brilliant people to work with. Always reachable, helpful and honest. We rented a 2 bed property with them back in 2024 in Bletchley and finished our contract in June 2026, as we had to move to a different property for more space and garden. The contract was set up nicely, and all documentation and the move-in process were hassle-free and convenient. Also, right from the start, they have been very helpful with any maintenance queries, advice and support. I would also like to mention Iwona, who has helped me with my queries and with the tenancy in general. I wish them all the best and they are highly recommended and trustable.
