Google* A chain of 12 * The possibility of a reverse exchange! * To the wire Ellie F proved beyond doubt that she was outstandingly professional on an approachable level with the sale of one home and purchase of another. * Working far outside of her contractual hours, Ellie, without hesitance, on multiple occasions, went above and beyond in assisting us by navigating and communicating productively with all relevant parties. She is skilled at advising without giving judgement and seemingly in her element in this industry, coming across as thriving on challenges (of which we had many!) This was a ‘make or break’ situation for Ellie with everything that could have gone wrong going wrong….it was down to the wire several critical times but she kept her cool and remained calm. Her attitude in this industry is like gold-dust. We are SO SO thankful to you, Ellie!

GoogleWe are plumbing and heating contractors that have worked with Houseman for the last couple of years. We’ve found them to be very organised and honest letting agents, always striving to do the right thing by their contractors, landlords and tenants. When we speak with the tenants on the job, they always say how friendly Houseman are and easy to communicate with. It’s a shame I can’t give 6 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Tom while looking to buy our first property! My partner and I were open to many options, and Tom pulled out all the stops! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the properties he showed and very courteous. He’s very personable and took all of the concerns we had was able to show us some beautiful properties. Many times my fiancé and Tom quizzed each other on details about the properties and had a great time! Any questions or concerns we had he would quickly answer and was eager to offer extra help if necessary. This was absolute BEST experience we’ve had with a sales agent and can’t recommend enough!
