What does it take to get these people off your back? They don’t understand subtleties and even when you say you will get back to them once a difficult and stressful family situation was over, they continue to send text after text and the same with emails. They do not listen to the potential client and will do anything to get a sale, even if that means way over valuing your property. Would advise anyone to avoid if they don’t want to be continually harassed.

We are plumbing and heating contractors that have worked with Houseman for the last couple of years. We’ve found them to be very organised and honest letting agents, always striving to do the right thing by their contractors, landlords and tenants. When we speak with the tenants on the job, they always say how friendly Houseman are and easy to communicate with. It’s a shame I can’t give 6 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Emma and Raphael are very professional, supportive and always available. We had an amazing experience with their agency. From start to the end, they ensured that everything is handled meticulously. Amazing estate agents, I can’t recommend these guys enough! It was a bit of a stressful situation with 3 of us in the chain, I had very little communication from my solicitor but thankfully I had No.86 who were always one step ahead, chasing up everything and giving me regular (and sometimes daily) updates. Meg was particularly amazing, she really made me feel less stressed about everything and she’d give me updates without me even asking. If you’re selling your house in Swansea you have to use No.86!
