GoogleThe letting agents were extremely frustrating to deal with, and I'm a landlord myself, so imagine. RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT: We left the property in good condition with receipt of professional cleaners. Any excuse to just take our deposit. Thankfully they knew they were in the wrong and gave up on trying to take 60% of our deposit. Avoid at all costs.
Dear Mr Kershaw, I’m sorry to hear that you found it frustrating to deal with our Lettings team, however we would like to highlight that if the property had been left in a suitable condition at the end of the tenancy, for the next tenant to move in, there wouldn’t have been an issue. GoogleVery happy with the friendly and understanding relationship I had with the team at Michael Anthony, at a time when needing a home under difficult circumstances and having be treated like just another punter elsewhere they made me feel like a real person in need of the right home and not just another commission. I would be more then happy to recommend these guys if you are looking for somewhere to live in Tring and the surrounding area. In particular I'd like to mention Lauren who was very patient with me throughout and while I found my feet.

GoogleI am happy to recommend Michael Anthony to anyone looking to sell quickly. Every stage was carried out in a timely manner. From the valuation on Monday, photographs on Thursday, Rightmove listing on Friday and open day the following weekend. We received an offer from the open day but unfortunately that fell through. Back on the market straight away, several viewings and another offer very quickly. We couldn’t ask for any more. Steve, Ian, Lara and Charlotte have been very helpful and responsive but a special shout out to Tom who did the viewings with more enthusiasm than I could ever muster! They are all a pleasure to deal with.
