GoogleWe recently sold our first house with BPS and the team were great. We wanted our house on the market very quickly due to seeing a property we liked and were really impressed with how fast they moved. Our initial meeting with them was on Monday and the house was up and on the market by the Friday. They were all really supportive and reassuring with us as we were navigating the house selling process for the first time. Thank you for everything, it's very much appreciated!

GoogleThe agents themselves never replied to emails and when the deposit was due to be given back for our tenancy they took a very long time to give the details of the issues with the house - these issues included charging us for cleaning for a cupboard full of the landlords junk which was there at the start of the tenancy! STAY AWAY they will most definitely over charge u for the deposit at the end
