Just been to view a property today and I discovered that I was viewing it with another 3 families! If I'd have known about the open day I would not made the appointment. There person from Merry Weather's did not introduce himself because he wad far too busy on phone, so I just walked out, appalling! When you call the office you have to call 2 or 3 before they pick up. No reminders of appointments, nothing! The customer service is disgusting and I will not be dealing with the company again! I feel for the people trying to sell this property 😕

Now that the dust has settled (literally!!) I just want to give the biggest thanks to Emily and Shelley at the Rotherham branch for their help and support throughout our home buying process.
