Now that the dust has settled (literally!!) I just want to give the biggest thanks to Emily and Shelley at the Rotherham branch for their help and support throughout our home buying process. Literally from day one they were there with a quick response whenever we had a question or a worry, an absolute credit to the branch and really put our minds at ease when everything else around us was chaos!! Especially the last month I don’t think I could’ve got through it without them both going the extra mile to support us! Fantastic women and will 100000% come to them first if we ever decide to move again! Highly recommend for everyone ❤️

We have had excellent service from all of the staff whilst selling our late mother's house in difficult selling conditions. They were efficient and professional at all times, from doing the numerous viewings for us and keeping us informed at every stage by email and phone. Just been to view a property today and I discovered that I was viewing it with another 3 families! If I'd have known about the open day I would not made the appointment. There person from Merry Weather's did not introduce himself because he wad far too busy on phone, so I just walked out, appalling! When you call the office you have to call 2 or 3 before they pick up. No reminders of appointments, nothing! The customer service is disgusting and I will not be dealing with the company again! I feel for the people trying to sell this property 😕
