Our Maltby branch is perfectly located at the top of Maltby high street occupying a corner position. Our team have a wealth of knowledge of the local area and ever changing property market. Our adaptable approach means we work with all our clients in a unique way so they experience a high level of service and ensure their needs are met. We also have additional services to help with your selling and buying experience such as an in house independent mortgage advisor from the mortgage advice bureau with available appointments to suit you and trusted solicitors that we can advise on.

Our experience with Merryweather has been simply superb, we've been selling a house and purchasing a property through them. I have to give a special mention to Jade who has always been available, friendly and helpful when we've had questions. Jade has constantly kept us updated, reassuring and guiding us through the whole process.

Completed our purchase last Friday and we want to thank each and every member of staff of Merryweathers Maltby branch for making the property purchase a success. Emily was the main person in charge. There were some initial challenges but she was excellent in communication. She responded to every email of mine and she made sure she kept us updated. We will definitely recommend them.

Buying through Merryweathers Maltby was a smooth easy process, Emily was my negotiator and she kept me well informed on a weekly basis and provided me with a good solicitor. Both Merryweathers and my solicitors were very supportive during the whole process wouldn’t go anywhere else! We completed in 4 weeks! Service was amazing!

They have gone above and beyond to make the whole selling process for my dad as smooth and as stress free as possible. They have all kept us well informed through the whole process. The team are very friendly and i can't say a bad word about any of them they have been amazing, dad thinks you are all lovely and has praised you all. GoogleI can't praise the ladies in the Maltby office enough. They have been fantastic all the way through the sales process, keeping us well informed of viewings and offers. Our sale has took a while to go through but they have always been optimistic and shared ideas on new things to try, acting professionally at all times. Once we had a buyer they have chased all parties concerned on a regular basis and updated us. Well done Merryweathers you have been fantastic!

GoogleI have used Merryweathers, Maltby twice in recent years to both buy and sell. Both experiences were very positive and the staff I dealt with (Shelley and Laura) were enthusiastic and professional throughout. I can honestly say the sale they just handled for me, would not have happened without their efforts to keep things on track with the buyer, their solicitor and other parts of the chain. I would highly recommend Merryweathers.

Been interested in buying a house they offered. At the beginning it's been going really well, the only annoying thing were additional sites giving you the opportunity to find solicitors, move companies, and plenty of other things at extra and insane costs.

GoogleFriendly, Professional & Excellent Service A massive thank you to all the team at the Merryweathers Maltby branch, Emily, Shelley, and Laura, who have been stars. From the initial valuation by John through to sale completion, everyone has been ever so helpful and acted professionally throughout. I was always informed by Emily regularly about the progress of the sale, and I was able to keep track of events on their excellent property file. It made selling the house so much easier and without the stress. Contacting the branch was never a problem. No matter which team member you spoke to, they were always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to offer advice. I can’t thank the team enough for making the sale run as smoothly and speedily as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Merryweathers or use them again.
