Our Maltby branch is perfectly located at the top of Maltby high street occupying a corner position. Our team have a wealth of knowledge of the local area and ever changing property market. Our adaptable approach means we work with all our clients in a unique way so they experience a high level of service and ensure their needs are met. We also have additional services to help with your selling and buying experience such as an in house independent mortgage advisor from the mortgage advice bureau with available appointments to suit you and trusted solicitors that we can advise on.

Pleasant enough to deal with. I offered £140000 on a property back in May 24 only to be told that I would need to significantly increase my offer in order to be in with a chance of buying. The property was listed for £120000. I have just seen on Zoopla that the property finally sold for £125000, significantly lower than my offer. It would be interesting to know why I wasn’t contacted prior to the house selling well below my offer price.

From the start of the process to completion Shelley and the team dealt with me professionally, punctually and politely. They kept my Solicitor (PM Property Lawyers) on their toes, which they needed too. With regular updates on the process, it was very helpful and reassuring. Messages from myself to the Vendor were always made and vica-versa - they did anything and everything to make the process as stress free as possible. I’d have no hesitation to recommend them to buy from, I can’t comment on Selling but if they’re as attentive when Selling as Buying then I think they would get good results. Everybody has been extremely helpful, especially the branch manager Josh who has kept us up to date at every stage. I used the Sheffield Branch to sell my house and was very impressed from start to finish. Everybody was extremely helpful especially the branch manager Josh. When I sent a question round to various sellers on rightmove about my house he was the only one that took the time to contact me and respond. Also he kept me up to date at every stage and supplied feedback after every viewing. Excellent work and would highly recommend them.

Has anyone else experience the same. ??????????I placed a offer on a property last week and I didn’t receive a confirmation email of offer to vender. AND this was “4 days before another person placed there offer”I’ve placed offers with other agents over the passed 6 months on other property’s with movetomove and ELR and I received emails of offer to vender straight away from both agents. It’s something esatate agent have to do to prove offer has been sent to the seller. Ive also been passed onto another lady in the office who I think is playing with peoples offers to get more commission before even ringing the vender. I could be wrong but if no email confirmation offer to vender has been sent to the new wanting to buy purchaser then what are we supposed to think. No information either unless I call that’s not good. I remember placing a offer on a property about 8 years ago with merry weathers And I’ve still not heard anything back from that either. Good job the agent that sold me my home Barton’s kept me up to date and sent me confirmation offer email or I’d be still living with parents.
