McFarlane sales and lettings have been absolutely fantastic in selling our house for us, at every stage they have been nothing short of amazing. They were great at getting us the best price possible, and even when the chain was close to falling apart, Silvia Lawrence , (the team’s secret weapon) was there contacting all parties holding things together , for what ended up being a smooth simple sale. If I ever think about selling another house the team at McFarlane sales and lettings will be my first call. I really can’t recommend them enough.

Incompetent and unscrupulous. Soul destroying experience and I can now see why Agents are on a demise. I suggest you use alternative agents and if you do decide to use McFarlane, PLEASE make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing. Tom Pawley and the team will twist the truth to their advantage and withhold information. Never returned my calls and conveniently always "out of the office".

Thieves!!! Gave my verbal notice which they accepted and then after when I moved out they said I didn't so they charged me for another moth of rent from my deposit and they still rent the property out to someone else .Con artists

I'm currently letting through McFarlane as I'm writing this, it's been a great experience so far, as first time renters they were very patient with me and always willing to answer questions and queries. There was a lot of communication and ensuring everything went smoothly, after being handed the keys they've been very informative and helpful when there have been issues and problems. So far I'd say I've had a great experience and would recommend their services.

Absolutely atrocious. Will just ignore maintenance requests for weeks on end. Constantly have to chase them up. Very poor experience thus far. Would recommend against working with them.

Would give 0 if I could, would not recommend, had 4 months with a dodgy shower and nearly 7 months without an intercom, I wonder if it’ll be fixed by the time my tenancy agreement is up, funny they’ll ring me to check up on my rent but not use money to pay to give me a suitable flat for the £2000 deposit I paid!!!

Have used McFarlane on a couple of occasions for house sale and purchase. Couldn't recommend the team there highly enough and have done on many occasions! We've pushed house sales for friends and family in Cricklade and the surrounding Swindon area to speak to Julian and team and they've always come up trumps!
