GoogleVery professional company. Carla (senior tenancy manager) takes the stress out of being a landlord for me, she is always on hand to help and answer any questions. Would highly recommend!

GoogleDo not waste your time with this unprofessional agency. They do not reply to emails enquiring about lettings. They lie, fob you off over the phone, and say you are on a waiting list but never get back to you. Obviously, they partake in favouritism towards potential tenants. Would not recommend in any way whatsoever!

GoogleThis agency has no ethic at all. They are dishonest and will do everything to get money out of you. They are disorganised and unprofesionnal. Honestly there are lots of agents who can do a better job, don't waste your time with Mcfarlane. They are untrustworthy.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMcFarlane helped my partner and I move house during a difficult period and were constant professionals throughout. The team are prompt and extremely helpful and Tom in particular was always available to answer our questions. The processes were simple and easy to understand and were turned around in less than 24 hours Would highly recommend for anyone renting or buying, these guys can help

GoogleWe called this company to get our house valued and potentially listed for sale. Made an appointment with Julian. He never turned up. Called the office, somebody called me back and said Julian was meant to call me to cancel as he had to go home. He never did. They said he would ring me on the next day to see if we can rearrange, again never did. It fills me with dread imagining people like this trying to sell my house. I would stay well clear.
