GoogleAsked to take a property off the market before my viewing, or if not possible, to arrange an earlier viewing- they advised this was not possible, my viewing was the earliest they could arrange and I had to wait until my viewing. Just got a call to say that someone else had let the property, the day before my viewing was supposed to be. Very unprofessionalNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleHad an appointment to view a house between 10.30-10.45. Arrived at 10.32 . Agent had gone. Then he blamed us for not calling to say we were near. We travelled 40miles to view. No apology nothing, not even a reply from their director to an email sent. Will not be viewing any of their properties again.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleMcFarlane’s has recently sold our house, they were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions/ queries I had. With everything that is going on at the minute they put lots of procedures in place whilst people came in the house to view it which made us feel very safe. GoogleCarla refused to provide key information on new tenants when I bought a BTL property they had previously been managing. Over a week after email request sent no response. Claims information has been ‘archived’ and is unavailable. Not exactly a shining example.

GoogleI have been lucky enough to buy my house through McFarlene. They have been a great estate agent through every step of the process. Tom has met us at the house a few times, and has been so helpful whilst we measured everything, and also patient with us. Silvia has been helping me with the sales process, and has been wonderful. As first buyers we are sometime unsure of the process, but she has helped us every step of the way. McFarlene have been very professional (and so friendly), you can always get hold of someone to speak to quickly. Thanks McFarlene!

GoogleFantastic experience all round, we sold our house and brought our new house through McFarlane. Photos of ours were very professionally done, we had our first viewing less than 24 hours after the house went up for sale and had sold it within a week. They were responsive throughout, chased delays from other parties that were outside of their control, dealt with any issues encountered quickly and professionally and were a pleasure to work with. Would thoroughly recommend. Particular thanks to Dom, Cam and Silvia.

GoogleWe used McFarlane for buying our lovely house. From the buyer's point of view I can say it was a great experience. The responsiveness and assistance we received was excellent considering all Covid measurements. Cricklade team was absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Tom, for organising everything and keeping us connected with the sellers throughout the whole process. Also a very big thank you to Tim and Sylvia for all your support and flexibility to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Hope to work with you in the future.
