I tried selling my house with a, supposedly, leading Cricklade Estate Agent for over a year but they failed dismally. Having spoken to Tim at length, I instructed McFarlane to sell it and, bang, 2 days later it was sold. The McFarlane Cricklade team is the epitome of everything you could want in an Estate Agent - well-connected, knowledgeable and professional. I was struck by their interpersonal skills which is what you want in someone representing your property to others. Tim & Tom were both highly proactive estate agents and attracted a lot of interest in the property which culminated in a sale after 48hrs of them marketing it.
