GoogleWe used McFarlane for buying our lovely house. From the buyer's point of view I can say it was a great experience. The responsiveness and assistance we received was excellent considering all Covid measurements. Cricklade team was absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Tom, for organising everything and keeping us connected with the sellers throughout the whole process. Also a very big thank you to Tim and Sylvia for all your support and flexibility to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Hope to work with you in the future.

GoogleWe used McFarlane’s to sell, they have offered a very professional and helpful service throughout the process. We have dealt with Thomas mainly, he gave us plenty of information on the current housing markets and always responded quickly with any questions that I had. He also took some excellent photos of the house which I’m sure aided in getting plenty of potential buyers through the door, which resulted in getting full asking price! GoogleFantastic experience all round, we sold our house and brought our new house through McFarlane. Photos of ours were very professionally done, we had our first viewing less than 24 hours after the house went up for sale and had sold it within a week. They were responsive throughout, chased delays from other parties that were outside of their control, dealt with any issues encountered quickly and professionally and were a pleasure to work with. Advertising in all the major on line notifications such as zoopla etc and Facebook market, so great media coverage as well as the high street shops. Used them previously and would do so again. GoogleRecently I had the experience of using McFarlane Estate Agents to co-ordinate upgrade of property after a tenant had left. My contact point was Lauren Stec. I found her very efficient and polite at all times. She was able to provide responses to my queries (verbally and by emails) very quickly and with all details.
