GoogleFrom my dealing with Mcfarlane sales and lettings I would 100% reccomend them due to the fact they they are friendly responsive and because of their due diligence, situations that arose not to the fault of themselves were swiftly dealt with. If you are buying or selling your home you can't do any better.

GoogleI chose McFarlane to sell my first home which is a daunting experience. The whole of the team were great to deal with. Dominic took some fantastic photos of my property to show its full potential and made it simple for me to choose the right offer from multiple great offers. Jo kept me up to date with the sale from start to finish and made things really easy and stress free. A big thank you to all of you!

GoogleBest agents I've dealt with in Swindon and I've dealt with a few. Lowest fee and highest service. What more can you ask for? Dominic is really good and will advise you best on the sale of your house and Jo is very thorough and approachable when dealing with the progression. Highly recommended! Nothing not to like!

GoogleI would highly recommend McFarlane to anybody selling their house in Swindon. The main man Dom Mullen is an honest, trustworthy guy and won't try and pull the wool over your eyes. He’ll say it how it is. Jo (Sales Progressor) is very thorough, Bradley in the Wood Street Branch went to my house to turn the heating on when I asked and Cam was always courteous showing prospective buyers around the house. The fees are a lot cheaper than competitors in the area. You get the same service (without the BS), without any hidden fees and they do what they say. Highly recommended and if you're selling your house I'd opt for these guys!

GoogleVery professional service by all at McFarlane's North Swindon. I am also impressed that they are easily accessible and if they don't know the answer to a query they find out the answer and return all calls/emails in a timely manner. Thoroughly recommended.

GooglePositive: Very Professional I have rented a property through SLCA which is now Mcfarlane in Marlborough for the last 11 years. In those 11 years the service that was given to us has been steadily improving, now that Mcfarlane have taken full control I can honestly say they are an excellent letting agency. I would like to say a big thank you to Jacqueline in the Marlborough Office for looking after our best interest as tenants always providing service with a smile and always there to help. I can thoroughly recommended Mcfarlane to anyone.
