GoogleSelling our unique house was tricky but the Tim & Tom team sorted it out and they helped us with viewings through a global pandemic for which we are very grateful. Professional, responsive, and most importantly patient throughout. Our sale was the most stressful and lengthy sale ever. [Our buyers solicitor was something else! ] Silvia was always on hand to mop our tears, wipe our eyes and listen to my rantings! when our exchange happened 2hrs before our removal vans left our drive the team cheered along with us! GoogleAnita is absolutely fantastic! My mother, partner and I are extremely thankful for all of her hard work, she went above and beyond to get us a lovely flat in the area. She knew we were travelling up from London and made us feel very welcomed. She also ensured we made the most of the time we were visiting by showing us many properties in a short space of time. We also found it so helpful when she shared her first hand knowledge of the area - a very efficient, thoughtful and personal service. Throughout each stage of the process we had no doubt Anita had our best interests in mind. Joel was also very helpful setting up the appointments too thank you! GoogleI have just purchased through McFarlane north Swindon. All the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful. Jo was looking after the sales progression. It was quite a straight forward purchase with no chain just myself purchasing an empty property and went through smoothly in under three months . This was partly down to Jo who was on the ball from the start and kept checking everything was on track and no hold ups. GoogleI never go out of my way to leave reviews, but Anita has gone above and beyond to find me an amazing property in Swindon !!!! She has made the move to Swindon pleasant and easy by sharing her thoughts and opinions on where to live. I only scheduled to look at one property that day but thanks to her she showed me a total of 4. I am so happy with the new property and this would not have been made possible if it was not for her. Your colleague doesnt show up,to show the flat to my husband and a more fiew people was there waiting? was for 12.30 our booking,and till now ,nothing!? and now Mrs Anita as gone away... You know what, my husband loose one holiday day,because of you. You should at least, show same consideration and be faitfhull to the bookings view hours. and at least say sorry, for these situation not look for people and ignore it. was exactly what she has done

GoogleOutstanding Service. Cameron Pidgeon provided a highly professional service with a strong personal style. A detailed market appraisal and a positive attitude gave confidence to a fast sale achieving the optimum market price. Within the next few days a flurry of viewings occurred leading to multiple offers all led by Cameron providing the personal continuity in a property that was still occupied by my tenant. Within a week the optimum sale was agreed and thoroughly impressed by this performance and service. Thereafter Jo Costin took charge as the sales progressor making immediate contact to organise all the requirements, including a new up to date EPC I didn’t know was required. From that point forward Jo coordinated both parties efficiently and always answered a call, never making me feel hurried, giving me time to discuss my points with a truly polite and highly professional manner. As representatives of McFarlane I can’t recommend them strongly enough and urge all looking for an Estate Agent, buying or selling, to make contact with Cameron.
