GoogleBradley Bates is the first person I spoke to at McFarlane, Cricklade… When they added a new property to Rightmove, I knew just by looking at the photos it was my families forever home. Even though I told Bradley my house was not on the market, he booked a viewing for us the following day. 6 days later, McFarlane sold my house and I purchased our new home. Bradley is professional, approachable and friendly. He took the time to listen and understand our position. Bradley takes a methodical approachable to his work. He did a great job at taking photos, including drone photos. He kept us updated on offers and viewings by phone and email. Bradley was also the onsite contact for all our property viewings. We left the house with Bradley and returned when the viewings were complete. At a stressful time, Bradley calmly takes things in his stride and puts you at ease, knowing he is in full control of everything he does for you. Thank you, Bradley, you’re awesome… ***Whilst I only mention Bradley in this review. I equally found the whole Cricklade team and management to be outstanding.***

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service received throughout the whole process of my property purchase by McFarlane! In particular Christina who was always keeping me updated and informed throughout and was so knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process in what turned into quite a difficult and definitely stressful purchase. But we got there in the end! Massive thanks to the McFarlane team!

GoogleChristina Hughes, McFarlane, Cricklade, was my sole point of contact after my house was sold STC. Christina is professional, super friendly, approachable and instantly puts you at ease. Christina has an appropriate level of humour to make speaking with her so refreshing. Nothing is too much trouble for Christina, she will help you through the whole process to exchange and completion. Christina takes the time to understand and listen to you, whilst promoting a win-win situation to everything she does for you. Without Christina collaborating with all parties involved, including solicitors, this process would have been much harder and stressful for me. Christina, you are amazing… Thank you for helping me through my occasional stress outs and issues arising from my house sale.

GoogleI have to say McFarlanes have been brilliant throughout. From placing on sale to open day, and all along the way. Our sale got very tricky due to buyers solicitors being rubbish, then ours being slow, and I honestly thought it was all going to fall apart. And if it hadn't been for Jo Costin, it may well have done. Jo was a godsend, professional, hard working, and organised, she did a better job than the solicitors. It got to a point where I had totally given up hope but Jo kept pushing and chasing both solicitors, and finally 5 months later we completed. Thanks Jo....you have kept me sane during this process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

GoogleThe estate agent was great, extremely helpful and professional service, especially Christina Hughes who worked tirelessly to ensure that all parties involved were on tracks and following up on queries. Buying a house can be a very stressful process however McFarlene were there to assist us at each stage.

GoogleWow. Cannot praise McFarlane and especially Christina enough for the excellent service given throughout our entire house purchasing process. Christina was informative throughout and really felt like we were going through this with a friend. She really goes above and beyond. There was times when our solicitors were really disheartening us, Christina always managed to bring our hopes back up and make us excited again. She would ring us just to check in how everything was going and great at letting us know how the process works. As first time buyers we were really unsure, but she made us feel at ease throughout. A real credit to your team and honestly we couldn't of gotten through it in such high spirits without her. Thank you so much Christina and McFarlane!!!!
