GoogleSold our home through Mcfarlane North Swindon. Jo and Tom have been a great help. It has been a lengthy, tricky and very stressful experience, mostly due to the issues that arose from our initial purchase which we eventually pulled out of. Jo and Tom relaunched our property and we were inundated with viewings and offers and achieved a fantastic price. We have finally exchanged on our new home and very much looking forward to completion day. All the staff are very helpful, Tom is always on hand to liaise with queries and Jo will see through the the sale/purchase and chase for updates. I cannot credit Jo enough for her knowledge, empathy and advice, she really does have a very difficult and demanding role in the current housing market climate and for being so patient with us when things were not going in our favour. I would highly recommend them 😀

GoogleI've recently sold a property through McFarlane which has proved a difficult and prolonged sale mainly due to the slow and lack of responses from my solicitor. It actually took 6 months from offer to completion and only exchanging contracts on the last day before my buyers mortgage offer expired. If it hadn't been for Jo's unfailing efforts in liaising and acting as an intermediary, this sale would have surely fallen through. A big thank you from me to Jo and team at McFarlane North Swindon.

GoogleWe have been very impressed by the team at McFarlane, Tim Stanley for his persistence in securing the property for us and especially to Christina Hughes for achieving completion in such a short time. Christina is a joy to deal with making what is usually a fairly stressful time an almost pleasurable experience. She is very professional but also warm, funny and understanding. She has really kept on top of this purchase communicating with all the parties involved and updating us regularly. The total time to completion 6 weeks is amazing, both she and our solicitor. also a lovely lady, have pulled out all the stops and gone the extra mile to achieve this. Girl power at its best. Thank you all, we can thoroughly recommend McFarlane Cricklade.
