GoogleJust can't recommend highly enough! From initial contact to completion has been absolutely spot on from the team. Priced right, plenty of viewings, contact, update, and feedback were always given without me having to chase. Jo, the sales progresser, had her work cut out with my buyers, but she always did everything she could to ensure it all kept ticking along. This was certainly a challenging sale, right up to the 11th hour, but these ladies handled it all so well. Anita, Laura, and Jo, you are all worth your weight in gold. Did I mention they also have the best rate in the market. Would use McFarlane every time.

GoogleMost people choose an estate agent based on the lowest percentage of the sell price, but there is so much more to take into consideration. I was recommended to McFarlane by a friend and very pleased that I sold my house with them. The viewings were carried out by Rachel Bowley and feedback was always provided. Although the housing market was a bit slow at the time, she found me a buyer within 8 weeks. The sale of the house and the purchase of our next house was managed by Christina Hughes (star of the show at McFarlane!). She harassed solicitors either side of my chain and kept me informed of progress by phone and email and I'm not sure we would of exchanged contracts when we did without her efforts. The sales agent of the house I'm buying, said she wished there was a Christina at all estate agents.

GoogleMcfarlane Cricklade branch have made the whole process of moving house much easier than we could ever have imagined. Rachel who accompanied us to our house viewings, listened to our wishes/needs and never wasted our time … all of the team are excellent and we would thoroughly recommend them However, the jewel in the Macfarlane crown has to be Christina. Once your offer on your new home has been accepted you are then placed in the very safe hands of Christina. Professional, knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive, friendly - these are just some of the words to describe Christina. In her world, you are always treated as a human being and never a statistic. Even the agent who sold our own house was amazed at her knowledge Christina has helped make this move to a whole new area, less stressful, and we cant wait to move into our new home in just under two weeks - thank you so much Christina

GooglePreviously I rented my house through McFarlane, no issues at all, good friendly service, always kept up to date with any issues etc etc. Life changes and decided to move from letting to selling property through McFarlane, quickly listed and if I recall call sold within 2-3 weeks. Kept up to date the sales process, issues / questions to move the move forward. Sale now complete, no issues, friendly service.

Rachel was happy to spend ample time whilst we examined the new property on a number of visits. GoogleHad a great experience buying from McFarlane, we met Tim to view the house and gave a good 1st impression of McFarlane and refreshingly honest, he helped us reach a deal everybody was happy with when purchasing the house. Christina our sales progressor was amazing. Very friendly, professional and we shared a good few laughs along the way despite the solicitors making it a stressful process!
