GoogleJo was excellent throughout. She gave me regular updates and was very quick to reply whenever I had queries in turn, and was generally friendly and helpful at all times. Tom was also brilliant and put up with my many odd questions on the viewings! I'd definitely recommend the team.

GoogleI found the whole McFarlane team very friendly and helpful. I think my house was fairly priced as I was impressed by the steady stream of people wanting to view it. When it was eventually sold, Christina took over the next step and helped put my mind at rest by keeping me well informed of the progress. She was especially good at getting information from the solicitors and letting me know immediately. I am happy that I chose the right estate agent to sell my house

GoogleI have been looking for a first time property in Swindon and found afew I was interested in . Booked a viewing for all of them in one day and eventually chose one . The macfarlane team has been more that great from the first phone call to until the completion of the purchase in particular a wonderful lady called Jo costin . She has been calling and emailing me almost weekly and daily at times to keep me updated with any progress and answer all my questions and even giving opinions . I can’t thank her enough and highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking a property to buy or let . Many thanks once again

GoogleThank you McFarlane! We exchanged contracts yesterday and we couldn’t be happier. Tom was great when showing us the property and sorting out the early stages, however Jo C has been a super star throughout the whole process. With many issues with the house sale along the way, Jo worked tirelessly to resolve them, her communication throughout the process has been fantastic and is a real credit. She honestly went above and beyond in chasing solicitors and finding out what was going on and really did progress the sale much quicker than if she wasn’t involved! Couldn’t be more thankful! 5* all round!

GoogleI had to sell my dad's house as he had suddenly passed away and I couldn't have chosen a better agent to put the house on with. Everyone was incredibly kind and sensitive to the situation and I was kept informed of all the viewings and received feedback after every viewing. Once we had accepted an offer we then dealt with Christina, who was amazing. She understood that it was a straight forward sale and supported me every step of the way. She worked incredibly hard getting the Solicitors on both sides moving. Christina got me laughing when I was at rock bottom and another issue had appeared in the sale and somehow made it all seem that bit easier to cope with. I have been so impressed with the professionalism coupled with the personal caring touch offered my McFarlanes. I would highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 ⭐️ then I would. I would give 5 ⭐️ to Christina alone just for keeping me going.
