GoogleFrom the 1st meeting we found the team very customer centric and professional. We had a difficult situation to manage whilst selling and Victoria has been very concise & clear with her communication. She handled the sale process extremely well and went beyond my expectations. The new portal worked very well (and very useful) once a few teething problems were resolved.

GoogleThe team have gone above and beyond with the sale of my father’s house. When it proved difficult to get a gardener around Christmas the team stepped in to find someone and also arranged for them to visit. The sale process has been very efficient.

GoogleI purchased my first property with Mcfarlanes and Christina in particular was most helpful. Christina the sales progresser (more like professor) did a great job at keeping me informed and on track with the buying process. Given i was a first time buyer, she made sure i understood the process and was prompt with feedback and queries but also being patient with me whilst i navigated through the new and unfamiliar process. She was also brilliant at following up and chasing solicitors which meant i was able to move into the property in a matter of weeks. If you want the sales of your property to move quickly and promptly, Christina is your woman as she doesn’t hang about!

GoogleI was nervous about selling my property but found the team at McFarlane friendly and efficient. In particular, the sales progressor Christina Hughes was superb; frequently in contact, but never to much, able to advise on what would help speed up the process, and keep everyone calm and in check. It would have been far more stressful without her. Highly reccomend.

GoogleAvoid these clowns at all costs, their communication with property owners is filled with lies and falsehoods 90% of the time. Avoid at all costs. They will lie about surveys, lie about people dropping out of chains, just constant lies to desperately try and protect themselves with no concern whatsoever of the other parties involved.
