Although the purchase of our desired property fell through, Anita was amazing. Anita was down to earth, incredibly friendly and always kept us in the loop. Anita felt genuine when most agent we encountered did not. 5* due to amazing service provided.

They are viewing the letting properties without fixing fences in garden exposing the private property next door. The weather has been fine and they still haven’t fixed the fence. Looks an eye sore and and rundown garden. Even makes my garden mess and unsafe. They are disrespectful and lame excuses they don’t care who ever views this property looks at back garden still not fixed anything

I believe this relates to an address in Shaw which is a new property under our management and has had a quote approved for a replacement fence by the landlord but due to the wet weather recently has not yet been able to be completed by the contractor. We hope that the contractor will be able to complete this ASAP and will continue to chase them until completed.

We dealt with Charlotte Oxley who was very polite & professional. I was impressed by her knowledge, answering our questions and seemed to really understand our requirements. Having had dealings with A LOT of estate agents recently her customer facing skills were excellent and she was really engaged when dealing with you, rather than some agent’s literally turning up because they have too! Would definitely recommend her.
