Janet and her colleagues were excellent throughout with prompt and efficient communications The property listing went live late Wednesday evening and by the following Thursday there had been 8 viewings and 3 offers at the guide price. This resulted in an increased offer which we accepted that was 10% over the guide price. Janet at the Ambleside office was extremely helpful at progressing the recent purchase of our apartment. She went out of her way to find answers, liaising with vendors and solicitors to ensure, as smooth as possible, a purchase.
