GoogleThe sale of our house was long and complicated but we were advised very competently by Matthews Benjamin. Janet Clark (Property Consultant) handled the sale. She was very supportive and kept us well informed throughout. She was always cheerful and reassuring.

GoogleHaving recently sold a property through the Windermere office I can highly recommend the team. Jack Irwin placed the property on the market and Nicola Clark did an excellent job managing both sets of solicitors and keeping me informed of and progress…or lack of. The lawyers were prone to “radio silence” however Nicola was aware of any blockages. Nicola was always calm and accurate which enabled me to work better with my solicitor in keeping them focused. I’ve sold a number of properties in recent years and this was by far the smoothest experience.
