GoogleWhen I requested information regarding about some rental properties it kept coming back with an error. The requests must have sent and I had a patronising email back saying ‘thank you for your numerous enquiries’. I let that slide by and tried to get a viewing, which took ages for a response. I was working away on the days they requested, I asked for any other dates, received zero response. I emailed a week after asking again for alternative dates with zero response. It was like I was pestering them to view a house. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this letting agents.

GoogleWhile actively searching for our new home in Ambleside across multiple Agents, Matthews Benjamin stood out as the friendliest and most professional to deal with. This continued after Janet introduced us to our dream property. Jack was patient and gave us space during our long Saturday viewing. Janet was amazing from offer to exchange, actively communicating and progress chasing with solicitors. While Janet's priority was obviously to do the best for her sellers, she was a pleasure to deal with and always made us feel special. If we were selling in the Ambleside area, we wouldn't use anyone else.
