First class service. In a challenging market they not only secured a deal, they ensured a very fair sale value and then got it over the line overcoming several hurdles. The communication is excellent, always keeping the customer updated. They also showed very proactive relationship management with the buyer and their lawyers which I am convinced is what got the deal done. All staff have been excellent but special mention must go to Janet Clark who provided a highly experienced and calm approach with a never say die attitude.
