Megan Green is a gem when searching for a new rental.

To find (and rent!) an apartment requires speed in the current market. Megan Green was quick off the mark ... scheduling a viewing, responding to emails/phone calls, preparing and transmitting paper work, and (happily!) confirming payment of the Reservation Fee (and taking the property off the market). Megan not only attends to the basics but answers questions as to particular details within minutes. She has an engaging personality. I would recommend Megan Green and Maskells without reservation.

I was very impressed with Peter and his team. Very personal compared to other agencies. They really do look after tenant and landlord and encourage both to meet prior to signing anything. I’ve been renting for 30 years and this has been one of the best experiences. Highly recommended

She was great with communication, constantly keeping us updated and took away any stress in what can be an overwhelming situation. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I absolutely loved my experience with Alex Coutts! He was knowledgeable about the property, customer obsessed, and he just went above and beyond to ensure I'm happy in my new home! Best experience I have so far with an agent in London!!

Gareth Jones excelled by lining up five applicants, three of which offered asking price in the first five days of the house being on the market and one of which completed the deal. He was efficient, punctual, reliable, supportive and achieved my goal. I could not have asked for more in the most uncertain market of Boris’s exit, Truss became prime minister and Her Majesty sadly died. Well done Gareth and thank you.

After a long and tiring search, I couldn't be happier that I had found a beautiful apartment with the help of Alex Coutts from Maskells. I cannot recommend Alex enough. He has incredible knowledge, is very professional, customer obsessed and super hard working. Alex provided me with all the information required, and supported me fully throughout the process with utmost patience and guidance. He was also kind enough to go out of his way and provide support during the move in 24/7 (inclusive of weekends). A huge thank you to Alex!!

I might run out of superlatives in this review. I've used Maskells for selling and letting our flats for many years and I cannot praise them enough. They are unfailingly helpful, quick to respond, upbeat and generally brilliant. I wish all agents were as fantastic. Well done, especially to the lettings team who, aside from being lovely people, are just the best. Thank you Maskells.

I can unequivocally recommend Maskells and Hamish Neill specifically. Hamish helped to project manage our highly complex property purchase with proactivity and efficiency. He was always on hand to provide assistance whenever needed and was happy to direct us to other third parties who could assist with all aspects of the property purchase. Whilst giving fantastic support to my partner and I, he also mediated between us and the seller with diplomacy and objectivity and worked effortlessly to ensure that both parties were supported equally. Hamish truly cares about his clients and he frequently provided us with reassurance and support during the stressful periods of our purchase. We are so grateful for all the help he has given us and have now successfully completed on our dream home.

Ineffectual, rude

I gave Maskells a chance to respond to issues privately, but the owner asked for time and then didn't respond again, despite followups. The market is hot, agents know it and treat tenants poorly as a result. If you're going to work with Maskells to rent a property, don't expect anything other than attention at the time of renting, and pressure at the time of exit. They'll be ineffectual during your tenancy. I asked for help and I was belittled, told my issues weren't issues, told the tenancy contract only worked in favour of my landlord, and was fed contradiction after contradiction when I was communicated with. The amount I was told (in writing) I'd receive from my returned deposit was also different to the amount I actually received. They'll claim they're different, but it's a marketing ploy and not the case (in my experience).
