GoogleHad the very best experience with searching for a place and Vashti the managing agent. She went above and beyond for us and was super quick to respond at every instance. Highly recommend!

GoogleI am a Relocation Consultant, who has recently had the pleasure of working with this outstanding agent. Alex Coutts in particular has been amazing; a highly professional and committed agent, that went beyond his call of duty to resolve any small issues that arose effectively and without a fuss. I am looking forward to working with this agent again in the near future.

GooglePoppy was very helpful and patient showing me the flats, she was explaining everything with patience and smile. Unfortunately, we didn't find the property that I needed. But it was a pleasure working with her. I definitely Highly Recommend! Thank you a lot, Poppy Thompson;))
Dear Ala, It was a pleasure to meet you and help with your search to find the right property, (many meetings) albeit I didn’t get you the final option but helped you narrow down your search. We really hope you are happy in your new home and do feel free to call anytime you need our help in the future., Poppy (with a smile always)

GoogleI've been a tenant with Maskells for over 3 years, and they've been brilliant. A very friendly team and staff, and our contact Vashti always responded quickly, often going beyond the call of duty to sort out any issues. I've used a number of estate agencies in London in the past, and they don't come close to Maskells - I'm very sad to be losing them as an agency.
Dear Farhan, Thank you very much for your review. We have enjoyed helping you these last 3.5 years, and we are sad that you have had to leave. We will keep you posted on properties in the area you love, and hopefully can work with you again in the future. Do keep in touch. Kind regards, Vashti and the Maskells Team.

GoogleGreat service, highly recommend for landlords and tenants. Just found a flat for my daughter and friend, both students, to rent with Maskells. Clem has provided a very helpful and professional service with good clear communications. Poppy also did an excellent viewing. They have some great properties that they manage. Highly recommend
Dear Andrew. Thank you for your kind note. It has been a pleasure to help your daughter find a property to rent. As always we are on hand should have any further questions. - Clem

GoogleMaskells have been nothing but fantastic in helping me find a flat and equally kind throughout my tenancy. Nevertheless being a small agency, they take specific focus on looking after their tenants and clients extremely well. I am very happy with how promptly things are done and when doing viewings, they would always call to inform me even though I allowed access at any time. I’d like to thank Clem and Alex specifically for all your help and amazing customer service that you’ve always provided! Maskells - a small but fabulous estate agents!

GoogleMaskells have been taking very good care of me for over two years now. They have been extremely responsive to any maintenance issues with the flat, always resolving within 24 hours of the issue being reported. They also made sure that the flat was furnished with everything I needed upon moving in, which was a huge relief having relocated from the States. Highly recommend their services!
