Ten out of ten for Maskells

I have known the Maskells for many years, as they have managed my various sales and rentals in a small mansion block in SW3. I cannot recommend them highly enough, at all times being highly responsive, professional, helpful and incredibly efficient. I must single out the rental team, in particular Vashti and Peter, as they are brilliant to deal with and most agreeable too! Jamie, who, as head of sales, also has an excellent knowledge of the local market and how to navigate it strategically, and has recently sold a flat for me in a difficult market. Result! Well done everyone at Maskells and thank you.

Maskells Kensington is by far the best agency we worked with. We moved around 5 times since we live in London and the team at Maskells is just at a diff level, they have been our go-to for our last 2 moves. They really care about the tenant and look after their wellbeing and best interest. It’s a relationship and not a transaction. Particularly Tabitha who’s been wonderful to my family and helped us find exactly what we want, facilitated the moves and dealt with any issues we had with utmost professionalism and care.

Selling a property is a highly stressful process, much more so than we had anticipated. Having an agent like Angus Baker at Maskells was crucial. Had it not been for him I believe we would have given up on the process and put the house up for rent until the market calmed down, which was less than ideal for us. Angus was always at the other end of the line and very supportive throughout the entire process. We relied on his advice and expertise constantly and felt confident that he would guide us in the right direction every time.

We had an excellent experience working with Alex Coutts from the Kensington Maskells office. We needed our move to happen within a tight 4-week window, and Alex handled everything with impressive speed, calmness and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble, he managed all enquiries efficiently, and was always available when we needed him. What really stood out was his flexibility and thoughtfulness. He allowed us several visits to the apartment for measuring and planning, something that’s pretty rare with London agents, making the entire process feel smooth and supported from start to finish.
