I had the recent pleasure of dealing with Shane from Marks & Mann Estate Agency, who quickly facilitated both the sale of my current property and the purchase of a new property. I was impressed by the attention to detail, and speed in getting my current property listed, soon followed by a number of relevant viewings. His expertise, along with his team's excellent communication across the chain in handling both transactions simultaneously ensured a smooth process, making the selling and buying experience efficient and stress-free. I'd recommend Marks & Mann Estate Agent to anyone seeking a comprehensive and reliable Suffolk estate agent, for both buying and selling.

From the 1st time we contacted Marks & Mann estate agents, they made my wife and I feel completely comfortable from the word go, taking the time to explain how the process works & making this happen for us from start to finish, both Shane & the office made sure every question we had along the way was dealt with efficiently and without any chasing or hassle for us, they worked around our timescales and was always there when needed. So this isn’t just a review, it’s a thank you. to Shane & the team at Marks & Mann, we will defiantly be using you again and look forward to recommending our friends and family to you also.

We dealt with both the Martlesham and Stowmarket office. All staff were both friendly and professional. We were kept up to date with progress information which was appreciated. Unfortunately we had to pull out of the purchase and sale due to unforeseen problem. They were very understanding and should we need to re market our property we will be going back to Marks and Mann with out hesitation.

I bought my first and current home through Marks and Mann and they were honestly fantastic! I was a first time buyer and had recently relocated so to say I was clueless and rather stressed is an understatement!! All of the team were super helpful and Emily was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble! I called her regularly stress venting as I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and she continually chased the buyer solicitors and management company for me on my behalf. Anyone who has purchased a property knows what a nightmare solicitors and management company can be! I would purchase my next home via them again without question. So honestly for first time buyers that genuinely need a little extra help, this is the company for you I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic service, thank you so much! From valuation to completion, Marks and Mann were professional and well organised. In particular, Shane was very proactive at getting us viewings and selling our property quickly whilst managung our expectations in an uncertain market. Emily supported us through the sale with a friendly and helpful manner. We always had a quick response and never had any cause for complaint. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had a wonderful, professional and friendly experience with Marks & Mann Estate Agents. Our property search started very poorly with other local agents and we started to lose confidence that we would not find a property. From our very first phone call with Shane from M&M we knew our experience was going to be a much more positive one. He made us feel very special and like we were his only customers! We viewed a property and knew it was the one for us. The whole process was smooth and Emily in the office along with Shane helped keep us informed about the purchase. We got our keys recently and are over the moon. We would not hesitate to recommend Marks & Mann to anyone. It's been a pleasure to have used them and we are very grateful that Shane took our very first phone call! Thank you.

Buying my first home through Marks & Mann has been a painless and enjoyable experience. I was a complete novice to the process and both Shane and Emily took the time to clearly answer my questions and run through every step with me, which instantly put me at ease. Their professional and approachable attitude is really impressive, and I will definitely recommend their services to my friends and family when they come to move on in the future. I want to personally thank the team for their help and support in helping me buy my new home.

We purchased a property through Marks and Mann and the experience was excellent from viewing to moving in. The viewing itself was very professional and knowledgeable. It was warm and welcoming into a lovely home in a nice community, not pushy sales. The process was swift with regular updates and completion was as simple as handing over the key. We also needed help finding a solicitor and were recommended Sarah at Watkins Stewart and Ross. Who was fantastic. Overall, we had a great team and a great house buying experience, with particular thanks to Shane and Sarah. We certainly recommend them.
