GoogleThese estate agents are first class and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It wasn't an easy sale of my mums bungalow - but Emily the progresser continued to keep all sides together for a successful outcome!
Thanks to Emma and Mark as well.

GoogleI love all of the latest radio advertising, the service you receive will be the total opposite of what's advertised I guarantee it, this agent is useless and absolutely disgusting. I worked in the industry with a far superior agent (global brand) and this is the most awful team out there, they dealt with the sale of my folks house and the laziness from this team was unbelievable, no agent turned up once for viewings always some pathetic excuse of why they could not do a viewing, two sales falling through due to poor communication and lack of experience within the sales force and the nastiest part of the sale was when we handed the keys to the agent for the new buyer, the sales lad declan would not come out his office, he was to busy to great my mother- called the girl from in his office and said tell her to leave the keys on the desk. My mother was horrified as they were nice up until they were paid - please avoid at all costs, Marks and Mann I hope you reply to this post as I have more details for the public on the performance of your company.

GoogleTheir rates are incredibly cheap for an estate agent you can actually go in to. Fortunately we didn’t need to go in much because marks and Mann made our move as stress free as a move can be. Couldn’t recommend them more . Easy 5 stars.

GoogleWe bought our first house with the help of Shane from Marks and Mann and couldnt be happier with the service. Not only was he free to answer any and all questions but was also available for help and support through the whole process as well as after care once we had the house thanks to him being so multi skilled on home development as well buying/selling homes. We love our new house and will certainly look to speak to Shane with our next purchase where possible. 5 of 5 for sure. Will buy again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Mr Robinson. I’m so pleased that we helped you find your perfect home. I have raised your point with the general manager regarding being more proactive in keeping in touch and he has investigated this and spoken to Emily in sales progression who said from memory she was speaking to you weekly and closer to the end was speaking to you every few days. She did mention Right at the end she didn't speak with you for a week or two as nothing could be done until the divorce money came in but all parties were aware of this. I hope this helps but if you wish to discuss further please email me shanemarks@marksandmann.co.uk. I hope you have settled in well to your new home and wish you a lovely Christmas. Best wishes, Shane and the team.
